Day 1 - The Journey Begins

Day 1 - The Journey Begins

First of all, if you are reading this email, I just want to say thank you!

As one of the first supporters of ZER0ats my heart overflows with gratitude to have you as part of our community.

The mission of this company is to provide high performing fitness enthusiasts with a delicious, healthy option to fuel their workouts without the guilt of eating added sugars or harmful chemicals.

In building this company, I don't just want to have customers.

I want to have raving fans!

When I get out of bed in the morning, the first thing I think about is how I can improve our customers' lives.

I don't view each customer as just another number, I see you as part of our community.

And part of that means being as transparent as humanly possible.

ZER0ats is not just a nameless, faceless, entity.

I take extreme pride and ownership in everything I do, and this company is no exception.

We strive for excellence down through every last detail.

As we grow and scale, I will be documenting our journey every step of the way.

Every day that I work on this business, I will be making a video of what progress was made.

Some days there will be a lot.

Some days there won't be that much.

Some days we will have huge sucesses!

Some days we will have big failures!

But either way, you will get to see it.

The good, the bad, and the ugly.

Why? Because I view you as a member of our community. And I want you to join us for the ride.

That being said, here is the link to the first video - Day 1.

Some day in the not too distant future, when you walk into your nearest grocery store and see ZER0ats on the shelf, I want you to know that you had a very special part in making that happen.

As you join me on this journey, I hope you will provide us with any feedback you have.

I want to know the good, but more importantly I want to know what you think we can do better.

And always feel free to reply to any of these emails - I read every single one.

Sincerely,

Hunter Williams
